Breakfast is not my favorite meal, however I loved Hanging Five's homemade corned beef hash. My friends also enjoyed their breakfasts. In a time when the service industry is struggling to maintain staff, this place was hopping and yet we received quick and attentive service.

About 15 minutes on Sunday at 10:30 a.m. we got the chicken fried steak with homemade sourdough toast, blueberry scattered French toast and a waffle combo. the chicken roast steak was fresh and tender, the sourdough bread was light and tasty and the French toast was delicious. the hash brown looked really good, but were tasteless, which was unexpected. and the waffel was super crispy what I liked, but not really hot, so it doesn't melt butter or the syrup warm, which sprinkled a bit. coffee was good and service was spectacular!

Hanging Five Restaurant is a wonderful place to enjoy a delicious cafe-style meal. This local, family-owned establishment's dedication is evident in everything from the food to the service. I consistently have had positive experiences here. They offer some fantastic weekly specials that are worth trying. The pastries here are amazing, but they are only available on Mondays and Wednesdays. They start serving them at 11:00 am and sell out quickly, so make sure to arrive early or call ahead. If possible, I always try to schedule my visits for those days to enjoy the pastries. On Saturdays, the prime rib sandwich is a must-try. The staff is friendly and attentive, especially Mateo, who takes pride in his work. The fact that they have employees who have been with them for 14 years speaks volumes about the quality of this establishment.

This place very very very busy!! We stood at door waiting to be acknowledged for like 10 min .. people behind us got seated before us.. the waitress an waiter looked at us an walked passed us how many times ... Finally was asked if we had been helped??? I Had the hand pressed sausage breakfast.. the hash browns are delicious, the sausage was meh ? okay.. !
