WATER! We have reserved the large menu (surprise) in 7 movements (8 in fact, with the mouthing) accompanied each by a carefully chosen glass by the sommelier. Everything is perfect, a symphony from beginning to end. No false note. We were celebrating 50 years of common life, had the happiness of visiting prestigious tables of great chefs of the old generation we will say, and there we have rejuvenated 30 years by discovering flavors and marveling again in front of a new sublime cuisine. Thanks to Chief Pierre Lefebvre and all his staff for having us live this moment.

Inputs and mouths were excellent. The dishes that followed were rather classic and unsurprising in terms of flavor. Finally, it's a shame that the service was cold and smileless.
