Subway - Caerphilly

The other night, I went here with a colleague. Usually, the customer service isn’t great, but it was fantastic for this special occasion. There was a new server I hadn't seen before (I think his name was Matthew), and his service and engagement with customers were exceptional.

Very good, went after a trip to the careful burg and staff were very polite and had a delicious sub and was satisfied with hygiene. I also roasted my free snack and had some cheesy afteros that were great.

What can I say about Subway? Should I mention the consistently fantastic food that has never let me down? Should I talk about the ingenious bread or the amazing meatballs in marinara sauce? Instead, I’ll focus on the staff, who are fantastic and friendly. They always manage to make me laugh, even if one of them measures their height using a cigarette filter as a reference!

The staff was very friendly, and they had recently trained a new employee who was excellent at his job. The food was exceptional!
