Those fried spam pieces on the skewer really hit the spot! After that I ordered the corn salad, which was to die for! Finished off our brunch with a lemon drop that was very pleasing to the eye, and also the tastebuds.
This is a quaint lil spot with delicious food and beautiful views and an eclectic inside. Drinks were great, smooth, and fresh. I went for lunch, which for me had the better menu. I got the yard bird spicy. It wasn't spicy but had flavor, and the chicken was juicy. Fries were good too. Definitely going to come back.
Acorn the Oak is not to be missed! Right on Lacamas Lake, part flower shop and part restaurant. Be sure to come hungry: we always get a few appetizers to sample the flavors, as well as the spectacular entrees and then can't say no to dessert! If you only get one thing, be sure to try the Bread Burrata Board. This place is a special treat with irreverent decor and spectacular food.
Special shout out to Dave for squeezing us in after a mishap with our dinner reservations in PDX. The food, service, and atmosphere during our time on the back patio was 10/10! This was our first time in and we can’t wait to come back. The devils on horseback, steak, and risotto were absolutely amazing. Thanks for making our anniversary dinner memorable and delicious!
Honestly, after all the hype, I’m disappointed. The patio is beautiful but the chairs are very uncomfortable. The table barely accommodated three of us. The food was okay but really nothing that I would go back for. If you want to charge high end prices please make sure your customers are comfortably provided for instead of going for cheap trendy styling.
