Tracey's - Cannock Chase

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The menu is fantastic and I thoroughly enjoyed the delicious drinks and cakes that I tried. I highly suggest giving this place a visit.

Upon arriving at the restaurant with a voucher for two drinks, we were surprised to find that it was quite small, with only around three tables and a bar. Despite there being only one other occupied table, it took a while for our order to be taken - which we understood as everything is made fresh to order. The woman who took our order seemed to be lacking knowledge of the menu and brands, which was a bit disappointing. After placing our order, we were informed that certain items were out of stock, such as the chocolate seashells and flake, and had to reorder. The lack of background music created a quiet atmosphere, aside from the loud blender used for making milkshakes. My friend received her drink before I did, and when I finally got mine, the chocolate was not properly blended and settled at the bottom. Honestly, if we had paid full price, we would not have been satisfied, but with the voucher, it was acceptable. We hope it was just an off day, as the restaurant seems to have great potential. On a positive note, the interior decor is beautiful, with unique balloons and a stunning rose wall.
