Koharu B Japanese - CARLISLE

I have 3 favourite Japanese restaurants in Perth (so far) and this place is definitely one of them. It's tiny, cozy and you would want to book but wow, the food and attention to detail is amazing. Well priced, great location, friendly staff and I look forward to seeing the new renovations soon.

Sashimi is the best quality for value in Perth. Forget Nobu and feast here. Also recommend the miso butter cod if it’s lucky enough to be on the menu!This is the small sashimi but next time got the medium which was huge.

I would recommend people try the $120 menu. The quality of the food and quantity are both 5 stars. Chef puts a lot care and effort into each dish. Attached photo is the A5 Wagyu beef with truffle and rice, cooked to perfection.
