I ordered the katsudon for $14. a bit expensive, but worth it. the part is great and tasty. during the midday (Saturday) there was no one in the camp and was just an old friendly woman who led it. I'll go back to the place to try their other dishes.
Great little Japanese restaurant especially for a takeaway, lovley food and very reasonably priced......huge portions, if you are looking for a good takeaway for little money this is the place
Disappointment is too weak a word to describe my experience with this place. The place is run by an old Japanese lady who hardly speaks any English. Ordering was a hassle, but the 30 minute wait was ridiculous. Especially since we were the only customers there the whole time. When the food finally arrived the Gyouza was cold, the Teriyaki chicken uncooked, and ramen wasn't much better than the instant packs sold at most asian foods. A friend of ours later told us that a lot of the entree's there aren't actually made but bought from nearby Chinese Store Kongs (Albany Highway) and after taking a visit, I'm almost certain the Takoyaki sold at Kongs is the same as the one the woman...read more
The price of this menu which is uploaded to urbanspoon before is not correct. the correct price is cheaper than it. please go to this restaurant and you can see the right price. it's a really nice restaurant.
We go there all the time the food is great..she is there on her own as husband took off to japan..give her a break.....all foof cooked there on the spot that's why it takes so long...you can book a table and pre order..we do ..and when we get there is there on the table for us.......
