Went in for dinner on a Friday night. Had the fried cod dinner. The fish was cooked beautifully, it was very flavorful and the breading was light and crispy. This came with homemade potato salad, coleslaw, and rye bread, all were very good. The coleslaw was the best I've ever had. The service was fast and friendly. This is a cash only restaurant; however this is posted on the menu so you know before ordering. Parking: Nice large, free, parking lot, right next to the building. Wheelchair accessibility: Very nice ramp available

Last Friday we stopped in for perch. My wife referred to the perch dinner as the best one in Door County! Non greasy cornmeal coating on the perch, homemade tartar sauce, sweet sour coleslaw with rye bread. Absolutely fabulous. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30

We arrived at 1:30 PM with a group of nine and were not greeted. When we finally did receive some acknowledgment from the bartender, it came with a sigh and a dismissive "I guess." Feeling unwelcome as a group, we decided to leave. This was by far the most unwelcoming experience I've ever had in a restaurant. I hope you enjoyed losing out on a $200 bill plus a $50 tip, and I appreciate you ruining my daughter’s day. Food: 1, Service: 1.
