The staff seems quite apprehensive about using spices. Be sure to check your food, as you might find it lacking any real flavor and have to come back for a more seasoned dish. I won't be returning.

I wish I had read the latest reviews of this restaurant before my visit, as they are quite accurate. Nathan Harris's review precisely describes what our chicken looked like. We ordered a 12-piece bucket with a mix of dark and white meat, but everything looked the same. The breading was overcooked and the chicken was extremely greasy. It felt like it was leftover from the previous night and just reheated in the fryer. While the staff were friendly, the meal was a huge disappointment for $40. I might as well have purchased a bucket of leftover chicken from Walmart. This was at 12:30 on a Sunday afternoon. It's really unfortunate. I won't be returning.

I had the worst chicken experience ever at this restaurant. I ordered it extra crispy, but the crispy coating was so overcooked that it was rock-hard and inedible. The chicken itself was extremely dry, making it impossible to eat. I ended up removing all the fried parts and giving the chicken to my dog, just so the bucket wouldn't go to waste. This place really needs to be shut down. There’s a complete lack of quality, and it seems like the staff just doesn’t care about the food they're serving. There are numerous issues here, and it's just awful—a complete waste of money.

Please go to any other KFC location for your own health. Im assuming this location must have terrible management. They?re awful at being prepared to take very basic orders in a timely fashion and aren?t very respectful. I highly doubt they?d be able topass a health inspection too, just behind the counter and you?ll want to turn around and leave.

I've never gotten burnt chicken at a KFC before, so there's that. Also, the gravy and/or potatoes tasted like menthol cigarettes smell. I'm still not quite sure what to make of that.. and I have no idea if it relates to the workers what were outsidesmoking.. but I won't be coming back.
