Foo Kan Chinese - Carmel Hamlet

I was interested in a rather plain vegetarian tofu soup, so I stopped in to foo cam because in the past I had gotten good soup. I was not disappointed a quart of vegetarian tofu soup was inexpensive and lasted me for three meals. Very tasty.

Have been going to this place since it's been open. Incredible food and wonderful owners! Love the steamed dumpling and chicken and broccoli!

Extremely average Chinese food. Customer service was friendly enough. Would not return.

Fast good solid Chinese take out place. We placed a big order and everything was correct. Will definitely come back.

This is the second time I’ve gotten sick after ordering takeout from Foo Kan. The first time, I thought it was just a one-time coincidence, but this time it feels different. I had the General Tso's chicken and ended up feeling unwell afterward. The next day, I tried the cold sesame noodles for lunch, and I felt sick again. To be clear, it was quite severe. I really want to enjoy this restaurant, but I don’t think I’ll be returning.
