Round Table Pizza - Carmichael

The staff at this location is fantastic. We had a large group and spent several hours playing board games from 3 PM until closing time. They were incredibly attentive and made sure to meet all of our needs. It was a wonderful experience in a great atmosphere!

I visited for the lunch buffet, and I was really impressed! Everything was delicious and fresh. However, the dining area could benefit from more entertainment, such as music or additional TVs. Other than that, the staff was professional and friendly.

I've ordered pickup from this restaurant a couple of times a year without any major issues. However, tonight I placed an order through their website and received a confirmation on the order page, but I didn't get the usual email confirmation. Concerned that it might have been a glitch, I decided to call the restaurant to check if my order had gone through. Unfortunately, I was hung up on by staff twice. They were laughing and unaware that I could hear them thinking I was on hold. On my third call, I learned that they hadn't received my pizza order because they had disabled online orders due to being overwhelmed. There was no notification about this on their website. To make matters worse, I noticed a pending charge on my credit card despite them not processing my order, which I consider fraudulent. It's safe to say that I won't be ordering from them again. Until they improve their operations and customer service, I would advise others to steer clear. Perhaps they'll manage the influx of orders better in the future.

I was very happy to discover Fresh Mushrooms on my Pizza. I've never been here. I lived in NYC for 28 years. I'm extremely Pizza Picky lol. I'll be back for a Personal Pie.

Fast service if you call ahead. Great food. Creepy denisons of the parking lot in this area.
