Great service, atmosphere and the most amazing food! What a Gem in downtown Cascade. Service: 5 Location: 5

Bartender/waitress was rude, condescending just awful. Will not go back. Asked her question about the beers she copped an attitude as though “of course all if their beers were the best from the best local breweries only.” Food was not bad, although weird rules that some sandwiches come with chips others friesand if you want to switch, upcharge. The logic is lost? The menu was very FOOFY CA based. Way too many Kale options But the sandwich burger we had were both pretty good. But after our experience, other options in Cascade where they will be “happy” to have us!

Palooza is the best restaurant by far in the town of Cascade end it starts with Sidney, the manager and owner. She’s A little dynamo, master multitasker professional restauranteur and Palooza reflects all of this. Huge menu from steaks to fish to burgers I had the ribeye steak and it was fantastic The restaurant also features a wide array of beers and wines. Sidney is a connoisseur and helped me choose my wine selection. If you are in the Cascade area, you owe it to yourself to stop in Palooza.. your in for a treat Kudos Sidney Greg Crosby Chandler Arizona
