Buffalo Wild Wings - Casselberry

The tenders were delicious. I have no idea why they charge extra for coleslaw when they dont give you much.

I specifically said no lettuce and tomato and when I reordered the second time I told customer service NO LETTUCE AND TOMATO. Now what shows up a Buffalo sandwich with LETTUCE AND TOMATO.

Avoid this place. I used to love B dubs, which is why Ive given this place multiple chances, and they have let me down every single time. Once again, my order arrived very poorly packaged with sauce, salad and chicken pieces all over the inside of the bag, and my celery was rotten. Again. In addition, the cold, dry food tasted like it had been under a heating lamp for a half an hour. Im done, I wont give them business again. I recommend everyone stay away from this place. They clearly dont care about their customers nor quality service.

Smallest wings Ive ever had ...dry...and my potato wedges with cheese and bacon looked like it had been sitting for hours and not fresh at all...wont be ordering here anymore

New management! new staff! I have avoided this location for almost 2 years because of food quality and customer service in past. two weeks ago I gave it a chance and young had changed. they no longer sit and forget the lol, and the wings and the fries were no longer burned and edible. I also had a Hennessy round, which I totally recommend, it is absolutely delicious. today I used ubereats and eating was hot, fresh and delicious even the fryed. I was so excited when I first moved in the opposite to have a place so close to me. so happy it is back to what I know be bww. great job keeps it on
