Feedback gevenSomeone tell the cashier at this place, whoever the guy at 4:25 pm on Sunday 1/21/24 is, that for someone who works at McDonalds he has no idea what Service, Kindness or their own App is. I pity whoever the friends of this person are. Because if he speaks to them the way he spoke to me today, referring to me as an idiot to his coworkers within earshot, they are better off with no friends whatsoever. The man with little to no intelligence, reading skills or comprehension apparently does not understand the concept of their own restaurant offers, and instead of taking my order decided that he was better off showcasing how “free fries Fridays” only works on Fridays- the coupon on my phone was for $1 medium fries. My friend, whoever you are, I loved the lack of kindness of your words, your agitated hand expressions, and how you immediately turned around and began calling me an idiot to your coworkers because I was too “stupid to understand what you were saying- Free Fries Fridays”. Loved it so much, I had to share my experience. If you need additional training, because apparently your management hasn’t helped you there, the Free Fries Fridays coupon disappears after Friday, and the $1 fries comes through for the rest of the days. Go off, king. Have fun at work, sorry for interrupting your flow or whatever it is you were too busy doing, rather than delivering the service you are paid to do. I would not waste my time time fighting over french fries with your ineptitude. Can’t give 0 stars, so take this single one and wear it as the participation sticker your teacher kept from you that has made you so sour. Have a blessed day.
Wish I could give this McDonald’s no stars but I can’t. Improperly trained employees, a manager who has no idea how to run a business. A very tiny miserable short woman is the manager here at this location and stood in the back just scrolling on her phone while her associate had no idea what to do. We had a $1 fry coupon and the employee didn’t know how to take our order with the coupon so we scanned it at the scanner for it to not work. She grabbed her manager who got off her phone and then came over to assess the situation. Instead of trying to resolve the issue she just started to yell at her associate telling her to pretend that the register doesn’t even exist and to only use one. She then started to further tell the associate to never put the scanner where the customer can see it and to leave it up by them even though her supervisor said differently. They then acted like we weren’t there and didn’t talk to us about the situation. I asked if there was anything she can do to help and she refused to do anything. Horrible customer service, this McDonald’s is a complete joke.
I would put no stars ! The guy that works there was talking very inappropriate to my 5 year old son this man was wanting to talk to my child about eating human flesh and I started recording him after he said that he doesn’t need to Work there I feel the things he was trying to talk to my child was not age appropriate for him he is a 20 year old man ! We were patiently waiting for our Lyft so we would stand outside in the cold I was very uncomfortable and so was my son afterwards
I’m here now. Only reason I’m giving One star is for the girl in the front. She tried… I am a Human Resource Representative. So customer service is embedded in me per say. If I felt like going into detail of the service or lack thereof I would but I don’t. Long story short save your money and I actually THINK they would prefer no business lol truthfully. It’s “easier”. When actual customer service can be SO rewarding. The second star is for the store manager who did process a refund for 2 items. No need to explain why again just go some where else. UPDATE: Very prompt service, fresh food. Huge turn around in my opinion. Store could be a little more cleaner but not bad at all. Glad we gave it another shot. Keep up the Good work guys!
Poor customer service, ordered qtr pounder deluxe they made double qtr if I had more time I would reorder cashier doesn’t care maybe if he took his earbud out lady helping shows no respect to other customers concerns
