Feedback gevenI ordered online at 2:04 for delivery. an hour passes, so I called the load and the dame told me that my order was a performance was not a delivery. I told her I specifically made an online delivery order because I also calculated the shipping costs and the tipp fee. she immediately said we can deliver it now (the same cold) and asked for my address. no apologies for misunderstanding or their system errors. a few minutes later, I see that my bank sent me to recite that my payment was canceled and I saw fees again. so strange the amount changed. She never said that she canceled this order and overwhelmed me. So I could make the country the means available. now, I dint get the pizza on time after the call and when I got it, it was late (3:44) almost 2 hours late and it was cold! $40.00 tail!
Amazing personal, amazing pizza, taste, look and the temperature of the pizza was on place. total experience was super!
The call center has messed me up and never put into my order. fortunately, we have carried out the execution so that we could talk with a cashier at the place we wanted, and she was only behind the register and the kitchen. She was really impressive. many thanks to the woman who worked in the night of the 21st juli 2022. they were not only professional, but also very patient and welcoming.
This Pizza Hut has gone downhill. We ordered from them a few months ago and waited an hour and a half for delivery. I called today to give it another try and the employee put me on hold right away. I could hear everything going on in the background, and the phone was just sitting. I waited for a while, and then just hung up. Very disappointing because this is the only store that delivers to us, and we love Pizza Hut pizza. We have taken our business elsewhere for tonight.
