Feedback gevenAfter a long drive from Florence and stopping a couple of times in Greve, we passed this unassuming restaurant along the highway. It had been recommended but since it was after the COVID shutdown, it was a shot in the dark.My pasta dish (pasta anchovies over Ricotta) was the best pasta dish I had in my 2 week Italian vacation! Not sure what the Italian name was for this dish but I cried when I ate my last bite. Other family members had the pork chops, risotto and gnocchi and all enjoyed their meal.I believe this restaurant is run by a family and it may be under new ownership. The place was empty on a Sunday night but I hope and suspect that this restaurant will do very well as we could tell the pride the father (who was the chef) had in his restaurant. P.S. I have no idea why anchovies go so well with pasta. In fact, the anchovy taste wasn’t pronounced…it just worked perfectly.
Wij hebben er heerlijk gegeten een van de betere zaakjes .Zeer vriendelijk personeel met een goede wijn kennis . Zeer zeker de moeite om eens aan te gaan .

Super tasty traditional menù, with a touch of creativity from the chef. The Sorbetto al Melone was pure paradise!
