Whataburger - CASTROVILLE

Once again the order was wrong. #2 add Jalapeño nothing but jalapeño. #1 no onions no tomatoes. Do better whataburger.

The restaurant is incredibly clean, and the staff is very friendly. I tried the piping hot patty melt and fries, and I absolutely loved it! Everything is made to order. I'm a big fan!

We were served extremely quickly, and our food arrived promptly and accurately! I had honestly given up on the Whataburgers near my home due to poor service, but we decided to stop by because we were hungry. I'm so glad we did! Mr. Payami was kind and friendly, even going out of his way to help us with ice when Walmart and the nearby gas stations were all out. This was the best Whataburger I’ve been to so far, and I definitely recommend it to anyone who’s hungry! Keep in mind that people usually only leave reviews when they’re unhappy, so we often forget to share our positive experiences. Don't let the star ratings deter you—they truly deserve your business!

Pitiful and I love whataburger. I ordered 4 times before they could it correct. Meat was dry and bun was hard and cold. This is with nobody ahead of me.

Bit disappointed. when I placed an order in the app, get here, only second person in drivethru told itll be a few minutes, waiting on the spicy chicken (my order was placed 10 minutes before) then, get a regular spicy chicken sandwich, not the one I ordered. I live 15m away. not worth the time to go back. but please teach your people to read the order
