Dunkin' - Cedar Point

The customer service was excellent. Although they were busy, everything seemed to run smoothly. The variety of donuts was impressive. I wish they had Bavarian cream and cake options for the munchkins, but what they did offer was delicious! Great job!

I give this restaurant 5 stars because they were happy to make a drink from the online menu, even though it might not have been available on their own menu. I really enjoyed the frozen matcha latte, bacon, egg, and cheese croissant, and the blueberry glazed donuts.

Dirty, not in the position to get order right, they don't care what the food looks like. if you cut donuts in the bag, this is a chaos when you order chocolate frosted. so much more to complain! not to mention how rude are some of those children who work there! the world of the world I've been there before.

Terrible service. I know it can get busy but 45 minutes in a drive through is just rediculous. Half the time our coffee is not even made right, so then we have to go inside and wait longer for them to fix it! They need to work on there drive through times and maybe alittle more staff training?

Jojo was amazing, she helped me decide between drinks because im super indecisive. She is quick and made it through the drive thru fairly quickly!
