Dunkin' - Celina

Cappuccino cup was only filled half way with milk and vanilla.

I went to Dunkin today I was disappointed again because they were out of bacon egg cheddar bites ice decaf. I think they need to order more product that sales more than usual. Because they are losing customers

Trying to figure out how two drinks ordered exactly the same could turn out so different. The lighter coffee taste like water with a hint of coffee and the darker one tastes like a straight coffee bean neither good by any means. Absolutely ridiculous.

Tomato pesto grilled cheese sandwich had very little cheese on it, and crust around bread ???? was tough as leather. Bavarian cream donut had very little filling inside it, and didn't get any napkins with meal. At least the coffee ? was pretty good.

I have been to this Dunkin before and it has never been as bad as it was today. I waited 25 minutes in line on my mobile order that was already paid for before I left because I had somewhere to be. I proceeded to call the store 9 times with no answer, they also don't have a voicemail box which I feel is extremely unprofessional. I had a friend go in the store with screenshots that I paid and my order summary and drop them off and they substituted a donut with another donutwith no notice or anything. Im extremely disappointed and probably won't be ordering from here again.
