Ca La Bornia - Cercs

We’ve been in Spain for two weeks. This was a totally random stop for lunch and it was the most authentic meal we had the whole trip. The owners were kind and patient considering I do not speak Castilian or Catalan. But we ended up having a molt delicios meal! Not only was it delicious, but it was a very inexpensive meal. If you find yourself near Cercs, you must go to this restaurant. 10/10 recommend!

Very rude and uneducated owners. We were looking gor a place to eat and as we entered I asked a lady in Spanish if we could have lunch and she replied with an unpleasant expression on her face that they were full. There were at least 5 empty tables and the restaurant itself is quite small. That's how they treat foreigners there even though I spoke Spanish (probably she was expecting Catalan). Then as we walked along the road searching for another place to eat we spoke to locals and they said that the lady is crazy. So I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

Buena comida , buen servicio, viajar en el tiempo .

Fuimos la señora y yo a este restaurante porque nos venía de paso para ir a La Seu y nos ha encantado la experiencia. El lugar es acogedor y tranquilo, con una decoración rústica y un servicio atento. La comida es casera y deliciosa, primeros contundentes: trinxat o canelones caseros entre las opciones. Lo mejor fue el ambiente familiar que se respiraba, tanto entre los comensales como entre el personal. Nos sentimos como en casa y disfrutamos de una comida muy agradable.

Sitio clásico sin duda. Creo que es de los sitios más auténticos que estuve. Se come bien, correcto, tradicional y sin tonterías. Lo que hay está bien a pesar de que el local es muy antiguo, pero que mas da eso si a lo que hemos venido es a comer?
