This amazing restaurant is located in an unexpected location behind a hotel in downtown Changsha. The food, which is simply cooked Buddhist cuisine, is incredibly fresh and served in a beautiful traditional style paper-screen private room. The prices are very reasonable, and the dishes are clean and delicious. The restaurant is run by a delightful lady with a warm smile, who kindly gave us tea and incense as gifts, even though there was a language barrier between us.
