After two experiences at the restaurant level, we appreciate the elegance of the room and the careful attention of the owner. The dishes are made with mastery in all reasonable proportions and particularly successful sauces. A mastery of the cuisine that misfortunely does not affect itself as well at the level of desserts, however a special mention for the tatin very tasty and worthy of a real pastry. Perhaps the range of aperitives and cocktails should be expanded, which says the choice remains the most suitable. It would be a shame to find the noise coming from the Brewery Coast Hall, but which in the end does not disturb the continuity of the meal and which underlines the friendly spirit of the place.
