This steakhouse is located in Hollywood Casino, is not completely unknown to me. Your people once sent me some of their sauces so that I can try them out and get the word out ( why show some of my old blog posts photos shot? ugh). I came to my friend Brandon, who lives in DC. Charles city is only about 1.5 hours away from him, so he thoroughly accepted my offer for dinner.
Food was delicious, service was great. A bit expensive, but is a real example that you get what you pay! I'll be back.
Fantastic restaurant. Sit quickly when we arrived for our reservation. Very recommended to make reservations even though I overheard another person when we arrived that there was a 2 hours waiting. All employees were very friendly and worked very well together. Even the manager came by to check the meals. Now for dinner. One word summarizes FANTASTIC. I've eaten on my fair share of higher end steakhouses and that's by far the best. I recommend the fillet and the roasted tiger potatoes. Once we've finished, we're not eating out the door that was very nice. I'll visit definately again.
Excellent food. I've been three times since the opening. Watch the drinks menu, even if you don't drink. Tuna was the best I had anywhere.
Wow. Headed to Charles Town last week with my poker buddies for a night of action at Hollywood. It turned into a night of fine dining. They've added a new steakhouse called Final Cut. And we had to try it. We started with a nice Sonoma cab which we selected from an iPad that displays the wine list Two of us split the 40 oz. porterhouse, another went for the bone in rib eye and course Mr. Pescetarian had the day boat scallops. Everyone raved about their choice and the sides were killers. Lobster mashed potatoes best mashed spud I've had. And Chris couldn't stop talking about the truffle mac and cheese. And on the dessert front I could go back again and again for the raspberry tart. 5 star all the way. Headin' back soon.
