Wendy's - Charles Town

I do have one complaint: the web app does not allow for curbside service, even though all the signage in the restaurant indicates that it should be available. I visited at 7 a.m. on a Saturday, and there were signs and parking available. I’m not sure if this is an issue with the app or if the restaurant is short-staffed.

Abby, who works by the window, is one of the most respected and attentive staff members at the restaurant! I felt warmly welcomed, and my food arrived promptly, thanks to her excellent timing. I highly recommend this place!

Nicholas at the checkout was incredibly attentive and focused on customer service. He clearly knows his job well and comes across as genuine and eager to assist customers. This Wendy's location is definitely one of the best I've encountered. The service is fast, and I highly recommend it!

One of the best fast food restaurants I've eaten. The employee is up here. They work very well as a team. If you in the city this Wendys rock!!!!

Got nuggets and frostys in the drive thru. Food was fine drive thru was average speed.
