South Side Cafe - Charleston

It felt like a trip down memory lane to my childhood! The café was impeccably clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at this charming, nostalgic café!

Love this place, great food and staff, old diner feel with food cooked on the grill. My grandson and I enjoy sitting at the counter and watching them prepare the food. A hidden gem on the square in Charleston.

We found this nice little café in the center of downtown Charleston in the Square. It was absolutely the best breakfast I’ve had in a long time. I definitely give it five stars.

I was passing through Charleston and considered grabbing something quick. I’m glad I didn’t. I ended up wandering into South Side Cafe and had a great experience. The family-owned spot has a quintessential old diner feel with a classic breakfast and lunch menu prepared right behind the counter. The service was lovely, the food tasted great, and the prices are unbeatable. I’d be visiting frequently if I lived in town.
