Baoding - Charlotte

South Park's best Chinese restaurant that I know of. The duck is delicious and not dry. Some of the other dishes are good but average. Service is acceptable and the food is served quickly.

I haven't visited this restaurant in a few years, but decided to give it another try. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my experience. The beef chow fun lacked flavor and the pork fried rice was not good. I asked for the rice to be extra dark, but it was only slightly darker than white rice and the pork resembled boiled chicken. The general chicken was decent and the chicken lo mein soup was not bad. I am giving it 2 stars because the staff is friendly and I know some of them personally. However, the kitchen could use some improvement.

We were visiting Charlotte and stopped at this restaurant for dinner. I had the BEST Moo Shu Pork. My husband liked his meal also (broccoli stir fry? . Michael told us the company?s history, explained several dishes, and generally kept us entertained.Love this place! I will return soon.

This restaurant is excellent for Beijing duck as it tasted very fresh. The fish we ordered was also delicious and similar to what I've had in China. We will definitely return in the future.

Great food. Huge dishes. Clean restaurant. I had the sesame beef. It's delicious and also a little crunch which I loved. My wife had the Singapore noodles with shrimp and chicken.
