Has self order kiosk that are not user friendly. However, a very nice employee came out and took out order. She was pleasant, helpful and acknowledged there store did not represent most other Wendys. We have been here before and ordered via drive thru. This visit, we went inside. Very clean and modern interior and exterior. Ordering inside was only through touch screen self service monitors and they were slow and a bit confusing for someone who doesn’t eat at Wendy’s often. The orders did come out pretty fast, but the fries were cold-like they were made hours ago. When addressed, we were given fresh, hot fries without an issue. The other food we ordered was mediocre for fast food (burgers, chicken sandwiches). Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
