Feedback gevenWhile a convenient location. Food took over 10 minutes (more than 20 minutes for the people that ordered before us. There were small ants along the walls and some of the tables. Parts of the windowsill were missing large chunks leaving gaping holes.
I visited this store on Tuesday, May 31 at about 7:30 PM...I went inside and had to wait 15 minutes to order. I was paying by card and the gentlemen at the register said the reader could not process my card, so I did it again, and again...He said there was trouble with the card readers (yes, both). When I asked about the payment, he said it only went thru 1 time...I checked with my bank and big surprise he had me pay three times....Most likely he pocketed the 2 extra payments from the cash register...stealing money Never use my card there again.....
No idea how this place survived over the past two years. Service has always been the slowest fast food. Every. Single. Time. It's the only thing consistent about this place.Edited* Left this while waiting on my food. No joke, from swiping my card to walking out with my food took over 20 minutes for 2 burros burritos, a quesadilla, a crunchwrap and fiesta potatoes... This is the typical experience and only come back when I've somehow forgotten. Hopefully leaving this long review will sear it into my brain to never come back. KFC? More like jfc...
Bad service, late delivery of food, terrible service, customers get to leave the place without food.
On Friday, I picked up a few chicken sandwiches from this place. While the food quality may not be remarkable, they did prepare the sandwiches quickly, and they were served hot—thanks to the foil bags they came in, which kept them warm. While the food might not be poetically exquisite, I have to say that there are many other spots out there where the service quality is significantly lacking in comparison.
