This place has better iced coffee than the coffee shop on the other side of Kendall Hall but worse bagels. Plan your morning route accordingly.

Good enough bottle of sparkling juice was tasty. Good location for sitting around and people watching. Watching then play with their dogs.

Good coffee. Definitely wakes me up. As for the customer service, it deserves two stars at most. I used to work at Dutch Bros and I understand being in a fast paced coffee environment, but customer service is half of the job! I've noticed in my four years of attending Chico State, most of the employed students display every ounce of respect and attention to the professors on campus, but when it comes to 5 students waiting on coffee, they can be pretty rude. I politely asked one of the baristas if she meant to call my name something different (so I wouldn't accidentally take someone else's coffee that had a similar name). She scoffed, shrugged, and kept making other coffees. There's no need for a rude gesture, I'm a tired student trying to get through the day just like you. I've only received an unprofessional attitude from this place and I'm not going again. If you know exactly what you want, be prepared to order in under 30 seconds; otherwise go off campus and go somewhere better.
