Feedback gevenWhere to begin? The service was amazing. The waiters wouldn’t even let me pour my own glass from the bottle I ordered and were very responsive to our needs. Furthermore, the food was nothing short of sublime! The cook is clearly a master of his art. I highly recommend the prawns which were cooked to perfection and accompanied by a sauce to die for. My only regret is not having a bigger appetite.
I made this reservation a month in advance for my birthday, they have a strict policy of 15 minutes waiting time, yet we had to wait 10 minutes for the table. The table given was located in a complete corner with no views. The service was not personal at all, the servers were not attentive they would bring the plates and the drinks and quickly move to the next table. We had to call for their attention continuously. The food was not really good in quality, not explained, the sauces were just placed on the table without the guidance of which one goes with which plate. The cocktails were also mid. Lastly, I decided to spend my birthday, a special occassion, there and it was indicated in the reservation but my party had to remind the waiter twice for the cake, candle, and lighter... It is truly one of the most dissapointing experiences in Lima, with such a big array of options Tapas 27 failed us on every aspect.
Nice view. Drinks and food and service were not bad, but not amazing, but you are really there for the view. Often they have mass control and so it is best to have a reservation before time.
We had a great experience on the roof. We came without reservation (on a weekday) and had no problem getting a nice table. The view is fabulous, especially along with the beautiful pool. The mixed cheese plate we ordered was pretty good. The cocktails are good, but not from the world.
