Little Caesars Pizza - Chowchilla

The pizza was quite stiff. I had to ask for sauce on the side, which was frustrating. I don't think it's too complicated to make a basic pizza.

I'm really disappointed! The extra cheese was just dumped in the middle of the dish, and it wasn't even sliced when I received it. On top of that, you ran out of Ranch and Parmesan? The service was also very slow, and I noticed several customers left while I was there. I won't be coming back. Best of luck!

Terrible customer service! I went in and noticed two girls working in the back. They clearly saw me, but didn’t say a word. I even stepped outside and came back in to see if they would take my order, but still nothing. No one welcomed me or offered any assistance, so I decided to leave. I’ll be telling my fiancé about this experience; I’m sure he would get better service if he went in. To make matters worse, another female customer faced the same lack of attention. I’ll never return to this place. It would be beneficial to train your employees on customer service and proper greetings!

Quality of pizza is always dry and burnt. It?s honestly a hit and miss when we order the deep dish. We?ve now made sure to check the pizza before leaving. Employees are young and it?s seems very unprofessional as far as making sure you get a decent pizza.

The service was very poor. The workers were in the back and did not come when I called. They were goofing off and very very rude. This one employee named Andrew was bad at math and gave me incorrect change!! I will never order from here again! And my pizza was cold!
