Reserveer nu

The floor was more than half empty, and when I asked the concierge about the open tables to see if we could make a reservation right then he said “we have a tonne of 6:15s and 6:30s coming in”. I walked past there again about a half hour later to get my car and saw those same tables vacant. The vibe I got from this place is that it’s trying to establish some sort of exclusivity reputation, but instead misses the meaning of hospitality.
Definitely worth a visit. Not perfect, but that's because everyone is training. Great value, especially lunch. Can accommodate food allergies. Dietary restrictions: Can do gluten free and offered a substitution for bread. Nice!
Great dinner! Everything was delicious! The bread, butter, garlic, and hummus were great to start off with. I had the board that had Brie, toasted crostini, garlic, pickled vegetables, and bacon. It was great. For my entree, I had the shrimp Alfredo with artichokes, sun dried tomatoes, spinach, and garlic. The shrimp were huge and cooked extremely well and the whole pasta dish was just delicious. For dessert I went with the deconstructed lemon meringue pie and it was fantastic. I can’t wait to return and enjoy another meal! The students and staff are doing an amazing job!
We’re in town and staying nearby and thought why not? Hands down best food we’ve had in the area. Delightful student servers and hosts, amazing Chef and food choices. Absolutely awesome and a must visit. The price is half of what it should be, at least!
Very good dining experience! We were visiting the Niagra Falls NY area for the first time ever, and this place was recommended to us by two different family members. Well, it did not disappoint. We knew it was a culinary arts school, where nearly everyone in the restaurant is learning the culinary arts as well as how to essentially run a higher end restaurant. We also knew that most of the menu changes regularly, so you really don't know what to expect. In summary, we were delighted. We visited on a weekday but made a reservation the day before, just in case. The moment we arrived, we were very cordially greeted and them taken to our seat. The restaurant was at about half capacity. Very nicely decorated. You can see right into the kitchens, too. Our waiter greeted us very quickly after we were seated, explained the menu, and took our drink order. The drinks came out pretty quickly. He explained the menu more, answered some questions, and then took our food order. We kept it simple, I got the pan seared chicken, my wife got the veal chop, and both my teen sons got pizza (no surprise there). The food was out in 10-15 minutes. It was GREAT! Perfectly seasoned, expertly cooked, and beautifully plated. My younger son tried my wife's veal and absolutely loved it! His first time trying veal and he's hooked, said he will order it when he sees it on a menu. Thank you, Savor, for broadening his culinary horizons! Desserts were equally as wonderful as well. The manager maitre D checked on us midway, which was a nice touch as well. Our waiter was very courteous, prompt, and knew the menu and food items quite well. He was also very personable and easy to talk to. The one and only knock was that we ran out of water and had to ask for refills. That's it. Everything else exceeded expectations, especially considering this is a learning restaurant. The prices were not cheap, but for the quality and amount of food as well as overall dining experience, we felt it was a great value, probably much better than other high-end restaurants. We will definitely return if we're in the area again, and will not hesitate to recommend it to others. Kudos Savor! ?
