What better place to celebrate a birthday than Red Robin? They offer a variety of delicious dishes, but we always look forward to their hamburgers and the endless fries. I requested water for our entire table, but it didn't arrive until we finished our meal, despite asking multiple times. We had someone with celiac disease in our group, but the gluten-free fries were overcooked, leaving us without any. Our waiter never checked if we wanted more fries, even though we had asked for them. Additionally, we were not asked if we wanted refills on our lemonade or if we wanted more salad, which we would have to pay extra for. These items were neither ordered nor included on our bill.

The restaurant was not busy during our visit. Unfortunately, the soda machine was out of order, which was understandable. We ordered our burgers and specifically requested some additional items in advance. However, those items never arrived until we asked again, and even then, the server only brought a few of them. I had ordered the pretzel beer-bacon burger, which was supposed to be topped with beer cheese. Instead, I was disappointed to find a cold and coagulated mess. The so-called endless fries were a letdown as well, as they were never offered to us. I ordered water since there was no lime, but there was also no offer for a refill. Our server, Justin, didn’t seem to do much until it was time for us to pay, at which point he tried to push for a tip. Overall, it felt like a waste of $40 per person due to both poor food quality and service. I do want to give credit to one of the female waitstaff who seemed to be trying her best to manage everything on her own.

Why is there a 45-minute wait every time we come here, even when there are only three people in the restaurant?

My wife suffered from covid isolation and red robin has menu items that she eats despite anorexia as both bark and impossible burger. the groundless fries are groundless and milkshakes are too big for them, but not for others. it is always a positive experience. I love the place.
