Panera Bread - Clemmons

I am so happy with the friendly, fresh food and clean study areas of Panera Bread! I've been working on my master for the past year and without this Panera bread, I don't know how to do my work! I enjoy the quiet atmosphere, the staff always ask if I need something, and the aroma is so amazing....yuuumm! I can say that the management staff really makes a lot of effort to ensure that the store is running well, staff is knowledgeable, and that they offer high-quality meals! This Panera Bread makes an amazing job and I applaud her management! I visit at least once a week and would highly recommend making others this a frequent stop!

I had a great experience at this restaurant for lunch. The staff was friendly and provided excellent customer service. My food was served hot, fresh, and delicious, and the dining room was clean. I noticed employees constantly wiping tables and cleaning. I will definitely be returning soon. The manager was very welcoming.

The focus here is on a healthier diet, with a good selection of herbal teas and sophisticated coffee blends. During our visit, there was a slight mix-up with our order due to the masks making communication difficult. However, the manager went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied without us even asking. The staff were friendly and helpful overall. One of the employees even came out to apologize for the mix-up, which really impressed me. The restaurant has a peaceful and elegant ambiance at a reasonable price range. I particularly liked their beautiful wooden table tops. The outdoor landscape design is also very well done, as shown in the photos. I highly recommend Panera Bread in Clemmons.

This review is for you if you can see this! You are truly the best customer service woman I have ever encountered. You are incredibly kind and always show love to those around you. You never seem annoyed when asked a question and you truly care about your customers. Today, you took my order in the morning and then happily delivered my coffee to my car in the afternoon. When I realized you forgot the milk, you were so sweet and said it was no problem, you would get it for me. You never seemed upset or said we were out.
