Wendy's - Clemson

Service was friendly, but seemed underoccupied for the rush hour, not to mention them trying to cheat their POS, which causes problems with customer orders. My order was well prepared, although in addition to some dry chicken on my packaging, very good place.

There were carbon particles in my water from an incorrectly installed filter in the beverage machine. The ketchup dispenser exploded on everything. The dining area smells like the garbage last week.

EVER.... Update : The lady in the window was really sorry, and found out that they were underoccupied (can someone be called sick) and gains literally arrived while I was still in the line. Stuff happens and how you react goes far. The food was excellent by the way! Best bacon Cheeseburger ever for real. 5 stars for food and effort!

I'll give the Wendys 5 stars for his customer service. He really goes out of his way to ensure that people have a great experience.

This Wendy?s is hands down the best Wendy?s on the face of the planet. Why you ask? The staff here is the friendliest bunch of people I?ve ever encountered!!! They are always going the extra mile to make you happy! Honestly, the food here could taste like complete garbage (which is obviously doesn?t) and I would keep coming back just to be greeted by these fine folks. I?m telling you right now, there are some of the nicest people you?ll ever at this Wendy?s. Gold stars ALL AROUND.
