Sinclair - Clifton

Thanksgiving day, we were not particularly hungry on Friday night and decided to eat simply. most ordered hamburger, all well done despite other requests. the pattys fell apart and made them hard to eat. this happens when previously frozen meat is made in fat, but I don't know if that was the case or not. I ordered quail, and they were delicious crispy, moist and delicious!

Beautiful hidden gem in clifton, Texas. Farm-to-table food, with a seasonal swirl.

Jacelyn was great. Pork was outstanding. Family in town from New Jersey loved it!

Sinclair's vodka martini was excellent! Nice that the manager stopped by for a chat. Also appreciated was the birthday candle on the sundae dessert. We want to support local business folks.

Very good as always. We live in East Texas, but are in Clifton 3-4 times a year for family. Sinclair is always a must. This trip was a tad disappointing in that they were out of a couple of entrees and wines. We’ll get over it. If you’re in the area, don’t miss it.
