Screw up order TWICE!!! Order totally screwed up after waiting 10 minutes in line then they screwed it up the second time leaving off one meal and no sauces!! Typical for this Arbys! We should have gone to KFC! Loved the guy behind us beeping his horn at us, its not our fault he had to wait 2 minutes for his food after we waited so long!!

First time coming to arbys and wish one was in my home town! This site was amazing showed up laye and the customer service from manager connie was amazing she made our night and the crew all made us laugh it was a very good time. The food was better then exapected and was delicious! Id drive all they back here for another experience.

Cashier named Vincent was really rude and disrespectful toward us when we ordered. food was over cooked ceiling was leaking in 3 different spots

They were very slow and took forever to come to the window and tell me that they were waiting for the chicken to cook. Five cars behind me got their food and left before they brought mine out. I'll give them credit for at least apologizing.
