Twisted Basil - Cochrane

During our stop in Cochrane on our way to Banff, we were thrilled to discover a fantastic restaurant that accommodated my partner's gluten-free dietary restrictions. The food was incredibly delicious and the service was excellent. Our server, Caroline, was delightful. We were also pleased to find that they served kombucha, a beverage we both enjoy. We highly recommend this restaurant to everyone, not just those who are gluten-free!

New owner has done a great job with her business. Great fresh foods, presented well, and a very pleasant ambiance in the restaurant. Have had several lunches and never been disappointed.

Not the easiest to find but the food and the service are great. Unique food in a great atmosphere. Highly recommended.

I was so relieved to find this place - I'd previously had their items before at markets etc and I didn't realise they had their own outlet. It didn't dissapoint - high ceilings and fresh decor made the cafe airy and fresh, the renovated building felt clean and bright. The food was superb - as always. Healthy but filling, satisfying and not pretentious, with enough choice to satisfy myself and my partner. The price was very reasonable and service vert friendly. I genuinely can't fault the place!
