Waves Craft Kitchen - Cocoa Beach

Limited menu. Everything a bit too fancied up. Door kept opening on us letting cold air in. Steak was cold. Sent back and came back just as cold. They comped the steak but would rather have had a nice meal.

Food was below average, especially for the price. Buffet at that! I had a table for 1…and they charged gratuity! There were no serving utensils and my waitress pretty much started pushing me out the door when I had only been there for half an hour. Horrible experience.

It was Christmas dinner and we were last sitting at 8:30. Was not aware it closed at 9:00 so everyone was cleaning up while we were eating- just a bit disruptive. Music stopped as well so the army wasn’t festive. Food was very good.

Delicious food, unique ingredient combinations, attentive waitstaff and nice decor. A tad pricey, but it is Cocoa Beach, Florida inside a Hilton hotel!

Very disappointing atmosphere non existent there was construction in the hotel and I started coughing badly could not stay so we went to the outside restaurant which was a different menu
