Feedback gevenVisited this restaurant for the first time and was not only enthusiastic about the delicious food, but about the creativity in the design and presentation of the chef. we were a party of three and we chose different dishes each. every cure was delicious. the simple sounding artichoke was incredible. it was designed to look like a little artichoke, but was made of artichoke empura, small green basil ravioliis with a maus of artichoke heart in the center all beautifully flavored and absolutely delicious. lobster is one of my favourites, but it is very difficult to have it perfectly cooked. this boil produced a fabulous lobster dish with all the succulent confluence that you hope to trim with delicious sweetness in a beautiful, intense lobster sauce. the love for detail, especially in the sight of the sweetness that was a tasty bite in itself, was really remarkable. this restaurant is not cheap, but the quality is very good the price. the restaurant itself is stunning, the service was excellent without the formal behavior of the waiters sometimes found in michelin stars restaurants (they were smiling and friendly). we could not recommend this restaurant very much.
A sequence of very unique and great dresses in a very beautiful place. this chef deserves better than a star michelin. a great place. a jewel in cognac.
We dine on 08.12.2022, (five people) celebrate the retreat of one of the guests. What a disappointment, really nothing in the plates, a restaurant called 'started' to serve gnocchis!, barbus nets 2 pieces big as the little finger with the green broth without flavor! the rattle too cooked ris eaten in three small bites with a topinambour of a nut size! To finish a medium dessert. We didn't ask if the dish, the course, the meal was right for us. The nail of the show! Everyone paid his money, too complicated for the young woman who took us. When my turn came this person it was noticed that the water had not been counted, I paid the €12. Once the last customer paid, the waitress checked his accounts by totaling the five invoices, out of the total there were 30€. One of us finally paid that sum. We will never return to this restaurant again.
What a disappointment! Live since early 2019, we see a drop more than significant! This beautiful place has become glacial in the sense clean as in the figurative! Dinner in the cold is not a relaxing moment! The service wasn't high either. No friendliness but very professional. 3:30 for 4 dishes, in the cold! The dishes await the waiters in the cold of the corridor: the dishes are cold despite the bells! No sommelier we had taken a wine deal served, without explanation, at the end of the dishes. Too bad, the quality of the dishes is irreproachable but could not be appreciated under these conditions. A great job is needed
A beautiful place and high-quality dishes even if there is a small lack of originality a doubt for example on the gnocchis in the first dish) however, the imperfections accumulated in the service could have been avoided. Confusion between flat water and gaseous water happens) but due to lack of attention, filling a glass of flat water with the bottle of gaseous water at the price of the bottle is a bit embarrassing,) service a bit heavy clumsy, the waitress did not understand that we would have appreciated the sommelier's advice and served us our dishes even before we can choose our quality wine but if you are too fresh to accompany.
