Fusion Restaurant - Colac

My family and I had a fantastic dining experience at Fusion. It was a lunch stop in Colac on our journey back to Melbourne from the Great Ocean Road. We ordered the eye fillet, slow cooked lamb shoulder, and fish scallop pot pie, all of which were delicious! The coffee was also excellent. Despite being run by just a husband-and-wife team, the service was attentive and friendly.

A great lunch find. My wife and I shared wonderful saganaki, squid and a salad. Best meal we have had in Colac-well in a lot of places in a long time. We will be back.

This restaurant is now a great place to visit for a meal since they have changed their trading hours. The owners are very friendly and welcoming, and the rustic wood atmosphere adds to the overall charm of the restaurant. The layout is well thought out and ties everything together nicely. I had a coffee and cake while waiting for a friend, and both were delicious and beautifully presented. I would recommend stopping by to anyone looking for a tasty meal and trying out the menu to discover some new flavors.

I can't say enough about Fusion! My wife Lucy and I had heard great things about this place and decided to try it out for lunch. We were absolutely amazed by the food, the cozy atmosphere, and the welcoming hospitality from Duncan and his lovely wife, Michelle. We enjoyed it so much that we have made a standing reservation every two weeks. The only reason we don't come more often is because we live out of town and I still have a full-time job. Keep up the amazing work, you two!
