The new restaurant is, unlike the one located in via olmo, more spacious and clearly visible. The kitchen and those who work there probably also benefited a lot. Cleanliness and order are always present as well as good taste in the preparations of the cooks. It's funny how they manage to transform some great classics into something unique and refined.

Dinner at two quiet. Good food, improved wines, great service. Pleasant place and definitely much nicer during the spring season.

Uncovered by chance at dinner, we also returned to lunch, we tried the appetizer of fried great, amatrician spectacular, to finish bombette and sweet. All delicious with generous recommended portions!!
