Noodles And Company - Colorado Springs

I'm not sure if this issue is specific to this location or if it's a company-wide decision, but they've eliminated the option for smaller portion sizes. The regular sizes are excessively large, and unfortunately, a lot of the food—which I now have to pay significantly more for—ends up going to waste. I simply can't support a business choice like this, so I won't be returning until it's addressed.

The chef, who I believe was named Melanie, had an attitude when I asked to omit the mushrooms from my dish. That really did it for me. I just wanted to leave, so I asked for the check and decided to go home. Overall, it was a terrible experience.

Have tried 3 different dishes...everyone very good. Restaurant looked clean and was quiet for visiting conversations. Prices are a bit high for what ur getting....but still very good.

The staff here was so friendly and helpful. My food came out quickly and was absolutely delicious. I really appreciate the great service and food, thank you!

This restaurant has a fantastic location, and the staff is always incredibly welcoming and friendly! Britney was particularly amazing; she provided tremendous support when I encountered technical difficulties while placing my order online. She went above and beyond, even taking the time to show me how to resolve the issue! This is the best customer service I've ever experienced!
