Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I ordered an 8-piece meal, but instead of getting 2 wings, I received an extra drumstick. I’m not a fan of drumsticks. The Popeyes locations in Colorado Springs are the worst! I love Popeyes, but I always seem to have issues with my orders.

After I paid, I noticed that they had charged me $1.59 for a water bottle, despite providing me with a cup. I questioned the cashier about the charge for the water and reminded her that I had ordered dark meat, specifically thighs and legs. When my meal arrived, it was classic chicken instead of spicy. The girl who took my order appeared to be new, which I can understand, but I spoke clearly and politely and they still couldn’t get a simple order right.

I love that huh, it's always fresh. 3 stars is because they have never seen mac n cheese or any speciality on the menu. either they are nationwide or their personal is too lazy to make more. it's frustrating because I'm going to go there with that mac!

Tired of being disappointed by every Popeyes I go to, even between states. This time I spent my entire lunch getting to this one because the hours state 9:30, but it opens at 10. So consider it a hangry review. I think this'll be the last time I go to a Popeyes again.

The manager there was extremely helpful. Now what I explained my situation where I was going to order something they offered for $5 they don't even have in their restaurant yet shrimp tackle box and she helped me out a great deal she gave me popcorn chicken instead and she's a great manager with a discount. the company on the other hand needs to work on their stuff their advertising stuff that's not in the restaurant yet at least in that particular restaurant and they offered a $5 tackle box when ordered it they said the minimum was $10 not $5 the advertisement said. Big kudos to the manager at the Popeye's on the corner of Pikes Peak and Academy.
