I ordered online and drove just 15 minutes, only to sit in the drive-thru for 3 minutes without anyone coming to the window. When I finally moved and called the restaurant, the employee informed me that I needed to cancel my order because they were short-staffed, and there was nothing they could do to assist me. I asked if they could prepare my food since I had already ordered it online, but she repeatedly told me no. I then inquired about transferring my order to another Wendy’s location, and she said that wasn’t possible either before abruptly hanging up on me. I ended up canceling my order and went to the nearest Wendy's, but that's a separate issue for another review. This experience not only left a bad taste in my mouth, but I strongly believe that the employee who answered the phone should be fired. The lack of professionalism and disregard for customers was unacceptable. I cannot recommend anyone visit this location for breakfast – they are simply terrible!
I’ve had several deliveries from this restaurant in the past few weeks, and 4 out of 5 have been excellent. I'm just a bit confused about how the fries could be sourced from Chile.
--- For a basic 4 for $4 meal, I suggest avoiding the place at night. My friends' food was cold and soggy, and the nuggets weren't hot. I even saw the staff take a burger from a holding bin, which is definitely not how Wendy's normally operates. Honestly, the only decent thing was the frosty, but as you all know, I had them prepare everything fresh after observing how they served such subpar food. It’s frustrating; they really need to do better. Or maybe they just don't know how to handle the late-night crowd? Who knows?
Why did I wait for my food to get cold pommes? there are two of us waiting for food. it was prepared and tasted properly.
Me and the girls from my office eat lunch out every day. Due to poor quality in the food the last couple times we stopped going to Wendy's. Yesterday however it was convenient so I gave it one more chance. I'm not sure if you changed management or what but the food was wonderful but did not compare to the customer service I received from Autumn! She was very friendly, helpful with the menu, patient and kind. Where can I find an Autumn for my company? Thank you Autumn, I appreciate your attitude.
