Kampai - Columbia

I’d say this was some of the best sushi I have ever had. Absolutely fantastic.

Highly recommend! Went on a great date night with my boyfriend here, and it was the perfect place for just that. Lighting/mood was great, and I really loved the location of it as well. Food-wise was also a 10/10, and we’d definitely recommend the Incrediroll!

Went to Kampai after hearing so many great reviews. I can’t believe how terrible of an experience I had. When we walked in, we were hit with the smell of sewage. Thankfully, they did have one small air purifier working to reduce the smell and after a few minutes I got used to it. When the waitress came, she took our order of sake and gave us a dirty look. We later found out she did that because it tasted disgusting and we could not drink it without gagging. We also got side salads that had rotten lettuce that could easily be seen when walking it out to us. The sushi was mediocre. Our waitress never filled up our waters as well, since she barely checked in on us even though the glasses were empty more than half the time we were there.

Great sushi. It is kinda of hard to find. The entrance is off Alley Street.

The service and atmosphere were outstanding. We had. Sushi and I was a bit disappointed. It wasn't as flavorful as we expected. I'm sure it's hard to get the best tasting seafood in Columbia though.
