Applebee's - Columbus

The restaurant wasn't very busy, but they were short-staffed. Our waitress, Kim, was fantastic and had a great sense of humor, despite being really busy. I enjoyed the double-breaded chicken with Asian sauce. However, the bourbon chicken, which I ordered medium rare, came out well done. I also ordered onion rings but received fries instead. On a positive note, the baby back ribs were quite tasty.

Quality of the food was great. Service was fantastic. Shout out to Kim, she's doing anamazing job. Faster service with just her than with a whole crew. You're doing an awesome job!

Alright, let me tell you—this was hands down the best experience I've ever had at an Applebee's. Seriously! The food was delicious, and we received it super quickly, but what really made the difference was the staff. I ordered coffee, and when they ran out of creamer, the manager personally went to get us some. No one asked them to do that; they just did it! I thought that was incredibly impressive! I've never encountered that level of service before. While Applebee's usually provides a good experience, this one stood out to me, and it's something I will always remember. I truly appreciated it, and I will definitely be returning to this restaurant in the future.

The experience got off to a rocky start with some rudeness from the front staff, but our waitress, Nancy, truly turned things around! She was wonderful—friendly and cheerful, which really enhanced our visit. The food was just as you’d expect, but it was Nancy who made the meal memorable. Be sure to request her section; you won’t regret it!

The staff was incredibly friendly, and they provided menus, crayons, and fun drinks for the kids. The children absolutely loved their meals! The prices were reasonable, and my grandkids, aged 3 and 6, really enjoyed themselves. Everything went smoothly, and the restaurant was clean as well.
