Subway - Columbus

Don't call in your order at this one walk in and get it made cuz they're just going to wait till you get there anyways.

Honestly, Scrubway is quite impressive. I typically order the Spicy Italian, and it's always delicious (highly recommend it). The service is quick, and the staff is friendly. A special shoutout to Hannah, the best employee; she truly cares about making my sandwich just right, almost as if it's her own child. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my Spicy Italian. If you're in Columbus, I definitely suggest you try Scrubway. They know how to treat their customers well. By the way, I think it would be great if you switched from hats to visors—no offense intended. Eat Fresh!

In my opinion, it's just an average Subway. There are times when the service is really great, but there are also times when it's quite poor.

I enjoy eating at Subway, but my recent experience was disappointing due to the lack of meat on my sandwich. I had ordered the hot pastrami sandwich, expecting it to be properly portioned, but it felt more like a veggie sandwich instead. I was visiting family at the time, but I thought other customers might appreciate a heads-up. I'm sure this was just an unusual occurrence, as Subway usually delivers better quality.

The Subway has a thing about shorting on the meat that is mandated by corporate office. The bread sits way to long and gets crusty. Not enough turn over to get fresh bread. Tonight's bread was probably made this morning and is crusty not soft.
