Upper Cup Coffee - Columbus

No frills coffee shop with talented baristas, eclectic crowd, and a great pour over with multiple types of beans. Recommend!

I stopped in to sit and take some notes and think for a little while, and I quickly got a cup of coffee at an under market price, after having my nerdy questions about the coffee answered by the cordial host at the register. It was a drip coffee from Rwanda, and it was perfectly roasted and brewed. The place was steady and full of conversation, but it was not noisy or distracting. I enjoyed my coffee to the last drip, but I had to run out before I got to order an Ethiopian pour over. I guess I’ll have to go back for another cup. Next time I’ll include pics

Upper Cup is amazing. Wonderful staff, wonderful service, wonderful coffee. Without exaggeration, Upper Cup is my favorite coffee in the city and I've been just about everywhere. They often have select snacks, too, which have always been good! I've never personally had the food there, but my friend has and she had only good things to say. The atmosphere is so lovely and comfortable. There isn't a whole lot of seating space, but it's a small shop, and they do what they can seating wise. There's so much natural light, which is a big plus for me. Please come here! It deserves the business. I adore this coffee shop.

I come here at least 3 times a week! I love the atmosphere and it is definitely black owned. The coffee is freshly poured over and the pastries are amazing! 10/10

First time coming here it is sooooooo good!! It was a Sunday morning, so kind of busy, but I didn't mind it. I like the vibes in there will definitely be coming back!! I had the iced mocha the upper cup egg sandwich
