Chicken Express - Commerce

This is some of the best chicken and french fries and okra that I've had in years the food tonight is off the chain

The catfish is great when it's fresh...but good luck with that...told them I wanted it cooked fresh they told the cook to drop fresh and I got cold fish jerky....it will be a long time before I give them my business again

Best fried chicken I've had in years. #1 spicy with gravy. Friendly people behind the counter too.

I have been in Commerce since 2017 and today had to be the worst customer service that I have ever experience. I went through the drive-through line to get some corn fritters and fries. Something that I would thought was easy and simple. After I pull up to the window, the young lady has me a bag which is corn fritters and tells me to have a good day…. No fries… I then waited for my fries just for me to receive some that’s cold. I didn’t call the restaurant to speak to a manager because I have a meeting now requires me to leave town. Chris the manager demands that I come back in order for him to do anything for me along with laughing at the fact that I received. So I turned around to return my order and while doing so he gives me a refund and drops the change. Long story short I took my refund money and I went right to McDonald’s.
